YOU’LL BE FINE | October 2020
Everyone takes in things differently; everyone reacts to situations differently.
We never know how a person might react. A person might say, “He’s okay,” but you’d probably be tired of hearing that by now. I won’t tell you that it’s okay, because you might not believe me, but I will tell you this:
you have had happy moments in the past; there’s no reason for you not to have them again in the future
You are going to be okay.
It’s going to be alright.
Worst phase has begun you might think and you’ll feel like it’s your fault. It might be your fault, yet that’s not important. What’s important is that you
remember that where you are is temporary, and tomorrow is gonna be better.
Nonetheless, there are people who love you.
You’re loved for who you are and they’ll love you in spite of this terrible catastrophe.
While you’d be waiting for it to be okay, remember despite that, the world is blessed to have you here.
Nevertheless, think of all the times you’ve made someone smile — the woman you met at the mall, your neighbor and that guy in your college you talk to even when you’re tired.
Think of all those times when it went right and it felt good.
Think of the times when things will be fine again and everything would feel right again.
Don’t think about how you could’ve done better, or made smarter choices, been a better version of yourself. Nonetheless, think
we are always the best version of who we have become and to wish anything else is to fall victim to the attractive lie that our mistakes are a result of our shortcomings.
Nevertheless, sometimes they’re just mistakes. Sometimes they’re not even that, and they’re just something we couldn’t control .
Nonetheless, you didn’t ask for this, and yet you don’t deserve the discomfort you’re feeling.
Subsequently, this sort of imbalance of good people getting bad things happens with every second person. In spite of that, Treat this as an exercise to work on self-love.
Focus on the good in everything, especially in things or people you love. Appreciate people for the qualities you admire in them, qualities that help the hurt to subside.
Appreciating people for being who they are is healthy, meanwhile you never know you may make them smile.
Treat yourself like a stranger for a while and thank yourself too.
Everything will be okay.
Challenge yourself to believe this, and hold onto the lightness and relief that comes from letting go.
Let go completely.
YOU’LL BE FINE | October 2020
You ain’t who you were, and won’t be who you are;
For your problems and pain, Have brought you this far.
Time will pass, and you will evolve;
As time answers things, We can’t otherwise solve!
The burden will ease and you would slowly rebuild;
Look forward to a future, Where your dreams are fulfilled.
There’ll be a weight lifted off, You’ll be able to see;
Your heart will heal, And you’ll really feel free!
